The Text Solutions (https://thetextsolutions.com) is a free, browser-based text manipulation toolkit. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
The short version: For our text-processing tools (formatting, converting, cleaning, encoding, and the like), everything happens entirely in your browser — we do not store or have access to the text you type or paste. The one exception is the Dictionary and Thesaurus tools, which send the single word you look up to a third-party dictionary service (listed in Section 6).
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Any text you type, paste, or process in our tools
- Files you open or download through our tools
- Personal identification information (name, email, address)
- Account data — we have no user accounts or sign-up system
- Payment information
3. Information We Do Collect
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymised usage data automatically when you visit our site, including:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- General geographic location (country / city level)
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Referring website (how you found us)
- Session and interaction events (e.g. button clicks)
This data is aggregated and anonymous. We cannot identify you personally from GA4 data. Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies
We use cookies solely through Google Analytics 4. No other first-party or third-party cookies are set by this website.

5. Advertising
We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense in the future. Google AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your interests. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

7. Data Retention
We do not store any personal data on our own servers — we have none. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, as configured in our GA4 property settings. You can request deletion of your data via Google's tools at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
The Text Solutions is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

- Deletion: Request deletion of your data
- Opt-out: Opt out of analytics tracking at any time
